Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Management:
1. Project Oversight: Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and alignment with client expectations.
2. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted resource for digital marketing guidance.
3. Consultative Approach: Provide clients with expert insights to navigate their digital marketing challenges and opportunities.

B. Planning & Execution:
1. Marketing Blueprint Creation: Collaborate with clients to develop customized digital marketing plans aligned with their business goals.
2. SEO & SEM Management:
- Research and implement best practices to enhance clients' online presence.
- Optimize content and website structures to improve discoverability and user experience.
- Develop strategies to build online authority, track performance, and adjust based on data insights.
3. Ad Campaign Management:
- Design and manage paid campaigns across major platforms.
- Test various approaches to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to meet budgets and achieve goals.
- Data Utilization: Leverage analytics to track the success of marketing efforts and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

C. Technical Support:
1. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Partner with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues impacting marketing efforts.
2. Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and address issues to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

4. Industry Knowledge & Application:
1. Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and integrate them into client strategies.
2. Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive research to identify market opportunities and risks.

5. Customer Experience Enhancement: Analyze the customer journey to improve engagement and interaction strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, focused on campaign strategy and management.
