Inside Sales Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive inquiries and admissions for various short-term/long-term learning programs offered
2. Manage the entire sales cycle, from engaging with a large volume of well-qualified leads to the final conversion (enrolment in the program)
3. Counsel students via call/email on which program would be useful for their career progression and suggest the best options
4. Update the CRM on a regular basis

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Job Role: Inside Sales
2. Required Work Experience: 1-5 years (sales experience)
3. Educational Qualification: Graduation
4. Shift Details: 6 days working; 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM, Sundays fixed off
5. Target-oriented and self-driven individual
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
