4. Work closely with the marketing team to align content and e-commerce initiatives with overall brand goals
5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on our online channels
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content updates
7. Utilize MS-Excel to track and report on key performance indicators for content and e-commerce initiatives
