Key Responsibilities:
1. As a Junior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to match them with suitable job openings
2. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies
3. Utilize your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues
4. Use MS Excel to track and analyze recruitment data to optimize the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions
5. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
7. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and maintain a positive employer brand reputation
