About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Scheduling training of your salespeople.
2. Training a team of 100 Sales Professionals.
3. Conducting Training of 25 Sales Professionals at a time.
4. Conducting the Training of all 4 Groups in a day.
5. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
6. Design training curriculum within time constraints.
7. Produce digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
8. Onboard new salespeople.
9. Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding individual and team performance to discuss strengths and weaknesses
10. Monitor sales objectives and results.
11. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved).
12. Help the Sales Professional with the Sales Pitch and Script, so they close the targets set for them by the company.
13. Monitor the Targets closed by the Sales Professional and help them improve their Sales Skills.
14. Make sure that all the Sales Professionals close the Targets as assigned to them by the Company.
15. Guiding and Motivating the Sales Team to achieve the given targets.
16. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
17. Tracking the performance of each Sales Professional in the sales team.
18. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
19. Providing guidance to the Sales Team for Closure of Daily Targets.
20. Taking the Daily Attendance of the Team, that everyone starts the work at the right time and every other Sales Individual attends all the meetings/Training in time as scheduled.
21. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
22. Dealing with Internal and External Queries from the Sales Professional.
23. Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.

1. Should be available to join from 5th July, 2024.

2. Applicant who has good sales skills will be preferred.

3. Applicant should have good advertising skills.

4. Applicant should be confident and should have good communication skills.

5. Applicant should be able to handle the queries of the Team in a very efficient manner.

6. Applicant should be pro- active in handling a team of 100 Sales Professional.

7. Applicant should be able to resolve the Conflict of the Team as and when created.

8. The applicant should have sound command in Hindi and English communication.

9. The applicant should have good negotiation and persuasive skills.

10. The applicant should be able to work 6 days a week.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
