Junior Retention Marketing Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of customer retention strategies, including identifying opportunities for improving customer loyalty and reducing churn.
2. Contribute to the execution of retention campaigns, including email marketing, customer outreach, and targeted promotions, to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
3. Setup email campaigns in Klaviyo/Omnisend/Contlo/Mailchimp/Mailerlite etc Email marketing tools.
4. Setup WhatsApp campaigns in Quickreply/Bitespeed/Zoko/Interakt/BuisnessOnBot/Delightchat etc
5. Collaborate proactively with the design and copy team for email and WhatsApp designs and copy.
6. Needs to handle a minimum of 2 primary accounts and 4 secondary accounts (as a shadow to a senior) after 1.5 months of Training
7. Track the performance of campaigns and make structured reports
8. Monitor and engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and gather feedback to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
