We are hiring for a new-age used car end-to-end platform in India and we are looking for a 'Delivery Consultant' to join a rapidly growing, innovative platform in the used car retail space. The platform focuses on bringing transparency and convenience to the car buying and selling process. The company operates across the entire value chain of pre-owned cars and aims to deliver a premium experience to customers. Every car undergoes a comprehensive inspection process, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure that procured cars meet required quality standards.
2. Facilitate a smooth procurement process by securing necessary documentation from sellers.
3. Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
4. Oversee the procurement of cars from sellers to the store and resolve any operational challenges.
5. Provide feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
6. Safeguard procured cars and their documentation throughout the process, ensuring proper submission to the nearest hub.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
