Are you passionate about event management and financial literacy? Join the CIFU Initiative at Nirmala Devi Foundation as an Event Management Intern! Work on impactful projects that benefit the community.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and executing events.
2. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers.
3. Manage event budgets and transactions with accuracy.
4. Track and analyze data using MS Excel.
5. Provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations.
6. Develop creative ideas for themes, activities, and marketing.
7. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.

Additional information

1. Event Planning & Coordination: Support event planning, scheduling, and logistics and coordinate with vendors and venue managers.
2. On-Site Event Management: Assist with setup, execution, and teardown and manage attendee registration and support.
3. Marketing & Promotion: Promote events via social media and email and Coordinate with design teams on materials.
4. Budget Management: Track expenses process invoices and assist in vendor contract negotiations.
5. Guest Relations: Communicate with guests provide customer service and assist with VIP and speaker coordination.
6. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback assess success and prepare reports and recommendations.
7. Creative Concept Development: Contribute to theme and activity planning and assist in designing event layouts.
