About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent acquisition support:
a. Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company
b. Managing job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
c. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
d. Participating in the interview process, including conducting phone screens and assisting with in-person interviews
2. HR administrative tasks:
a. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and assisting with orientation
b. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
c. Assisting in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events
d. Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed
3. Employer branding:
a. Contributing to the development of employer branding content for social media, newsletters, and other platforms
b. Organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting
4. Learning and development:
a. Participating in training sessions focused on HR functions
b. Assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials for employees

Other requirements

1. Should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field

2. Should have a strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

4. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of HR software is preferred
