Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on lead conversion: Turn advertising leads into successful hires for Middle Eastern clients.
2. Handle assigned roles: Handle specific profiles (e.g., home nurses) with guidance on salary, accommodation, and regulations.
3. Work on database utilization: Use our lead database to contact and convert candidates.
