Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins from concept to deployment
2. Customize existing themes and plugins according to business requirements
3. Collaborate with design and content teams to create responsive, mobile-first websites
4. Optimize website performance by implementing best practices for speed and SEO
5. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and conflicts efficiently
6. Ensure website security and implement regular updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in WordPress and web development
8. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
