We are looking for a Web3 marketing growth hacker to join our team and supercharge our presence on the platform. You'll be a master at crafting engaging content, identifying trends, and hacking your way to explosive follower growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing a comprehensive Twitter growth strategy
2. Creating high-quality, informative, and engaging content (threads, tweets, visuals) tailored to the DeFi and web3 audience.
3. Staying up-to-date on DeFi trends, news, and memes to keep our content relevant and interesting.
4. Growing and managing our community on Twitter/Discord/TG etc.
6. Tracking and analyzing performance, measuring key metrics
Qualifications:
1. Deep knowledge of EVM chains
2. Good understanding of DeFi protocols, DApps, yields, and airdrops
3. Hands-on experience with Zealy, Galxe, and other community growth tools
4. 3+ years of Proven experience in growing a Twitter account for a web3 project in the DeFi space.
5. Exceptional content creation skills you can craft compelling tweets, threads, and visuals that capture attention.
Bonus points:
1. Experience with influencer marketing & community management in web3.
2. A knack for creating viral content and leveraging trending topics.
3. Experience building and managing a strong personal brand on Twitter.
