We are looking for a 'Visual Merchandiser' to create visually compelling in-store displays that drive customer engagement and enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense and the ability to creatively arrange materials and products to showcase their features effectively. This role requires proficiency in design tools, an understanding of customer behavior, and a passion for aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement engaging visual displays that align with brand guidelines and elevate the customer experience.
2. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays to showcase new products or collections.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and visualization teams to get the renders done and ensure displays are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
4. Optimize store layouts and product arrangements to drive sales and improve customer flow.
5. Source and analyze customer data to inform design choices and improve the effectiveness of visual displays.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor displays to ensure our store remains innovative and competitive.
7. Create detailed visual plans and mockups using design tools like Figma.
8. Ensure the consistent application of visual merchandising standards across the store.
9. Provide feedback and support to the store team to ensure proper execution of visual merchandising strategies.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience in the retail, home decor, or construction materials industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with in-store marketing and customer behavior analysis tools.
Skills and qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design.
- Strong design sense and creativity in developing visual concepts.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma to create visual mockups and layouts.
- Excellent understanding of customer behavior and retail trends.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment.
