Visual Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Enhance, engagement, readability and understanding through presentation design and storytelling.
2. Develop high-quality presentations ensuring consistency with Spencer Stuart standards.
3. Own the design process from concept to completion, including proofing for accuracy and adherence.
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, set realistic expectations, and provide updates.
5. Ensure all graphics and presentations are aligned with the company's branding guidelines and project-specific requirements.
6. Translate data and analytics into clear, aesthetically appealing charts, graphs, infographics, and other visual formats for client deliverables and internal reports.
7. Provide creative support for client-facing documents and marketing campaigns, including white papers, brochures, and case studies.
8. Stay updated with the latest graphic design and presentation software tools to enhance the quality and impact of deliverables.
