We seek an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams with developers, UX designers, and copywriters. Based on the data collected, you can make deliberate design decisions and translate any user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
2. Implement strong visual styling to build a brand on visuals
3. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap and your design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.) backed by the data collected in analytics and heatmaps
4. Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry s standards
5. Make design alterations to improve user interaction and easing the user experience
Requirements:
1. Be a great team player and have experience working with agile teams; ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers
2. Three or more years of experience and a portfolio
3. Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
4. Deep expertise using tools such as Figma, Protopie
5. Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript is an addon
6. Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
7. Experience working in an agile product process
8. Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
