We are seeking a results-driven telecaller with 2-3 years of experience to join our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer communication, strong persuasive skills, and contribute to the expansion of telemarketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
2. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns
3. Auto/Manual dial telecall lead and update the status of calls and followup date/time
4. Collect and record customer information, maintaining and updating the client database.
5. Daily CRM functionality/status/call update/notes and reminders update into system
6. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into demo presentation
7. Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
8. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction
9. Ensure clear and concise communication in both Hindi/Marathi/English
10. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for review/mail
11. Follow up with leads from calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns
Job location : Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in tele calling or tele marketing cold calling
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Target-driven with a proven track record in sales (preferably in IT industry)
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to understand client’s requirements, especially in the IT/accounts domain
10. Languages known - English, Hindi, Marathi
11. Proficient in MS Office/Letter draft/maintain Excel sheets/mails/presentations
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables & VLOOKUP
13. Proficient in Google suite applications: Gmail, Google doc, Google slides, Google forms etc.
14. Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
15. Calling industry: Preferably in IT industry selling IT products, software, mobile apps, healthcare, pharma, FMCG industry distributors, wholesalers, retailers, super stockists
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,00,000 /year
