We are hiring tele-calling executives for the collection process of multinationals, Indian banks, and NBFC'S. You will be responsible for calling and collecting the outstanding dues of the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiating calls to customers to discuss and collect outstanding dues.
2. Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and payment agreements.
4. Following up with customers to ensure compliance with payment arrangements.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
