We are looking for a 'Hindi-speaking Telecaller' to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and a customer-oriented approach. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
4. Update customer information accurately in our database.
5. Meet daily and monthly calls and sales targets.
6. Provide product information, answer questions, and encourage interest in our offerings.
Requirements:
1. Previous telecalling experience is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
4. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
5. Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
