About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for lateral positions within the company
2. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate preferences
4. Manage job postings on various platforms, including but not limited to Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process
6. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback
7. Assist in the negotiation and offer process, including extending offers and managing candidate expectations
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field

2. Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in lateral hiring or recruitment.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

5. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

8. Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant software applications
