Stock Research Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research on stocks, sectors, and market trends
2. Track and monitor the equity market, providing regular updates on stock performances
3. Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and market news to evaluate companies and industries
4. Develop detailed investment research reports with actionable recommendations
5. Present findings and insights to senior management and clients
6. Provide need-based analysis on unassigned stocks
7. Work closely with the fund management team to identify investment opportunities
8. Develop trading strategies based on research findings
9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models
10. Stay updated on new financial tools and technologies to improve research efficiency
11. Monitor global economic trends and market conditions that could impact stock prices

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and statistical analysis
3. Familiarity with financial markets, economic indicators, and investment strategies
4. Strong understanding of financial statements, evaluation methods, and accounting principles
5. Professional certifications like NISM-VIII, CFA, or FRM will be an added advantage
6. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
