1. 2-5 years of experience.
2. Good experience in managing the site is necessary.
3. Experience in both HR and admin is highly desirable.
4. Work experience as an HR & admin officer, hr administrative assistant, or a similar role.
5. Familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS).
6. Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
7. Experience using spreadsheets.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Good verbal and written communication skills.
