Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement new features and functionality for WordPress sites.
2. Ensure high performance and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
3. Work with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility and correct integration of UI/UX designs.
4. Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
5. Provide technical support to clients and team members.
6. Maintain and update website security measures.
7. Stay updated with new WordPress updates, plugins, and industry trends.
8. Conduct website training sessions for clients, if necessary.
