As a senior telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue by promoting our educational programs to potential students.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
2. Identify and qualify leads, and effectively communicate the value of our programs
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
5. Provide excellent customer service and support to students throughout the enrollment process
6. Keep accurate records of all communications and sales activities in the CRM system
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to effectively position our programs in the market
