Senior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients
2. Handling inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services
3. Introducing products or services to potential customers over the phone
4. Generating leads and qualifying them for sales opportunities
5. Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, or sales conversions
6. Adhering to scripts or call guidelines provided by the company while also being able to engage in natural conversation
7. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times during calls
8. Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
