Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential customers by telephone to promote our products/services.
2. Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
6. Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals and initiatives.
9. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejection.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
