Senior Legal Executive Job

1. A Bachelor's degree in law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.

2. Proven experience as a legal executive with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Prior experience in the technology or aerospace industry is a plus.

7. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

8. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

10. Preference to the candidate who has mainly handled civil & criminal litigations/matters.

11. Proficient in legal research tools and MS Office applications.
