Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various marketing materials, including digital campaigns, print collateral, social media graphics, and packaging.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
3. Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
4. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
