Senior Graphic Designer Job

We are looking for a creative and capable 'Senior Graphic Designer' with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead by example. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential, and knowledge of After Effects is also required. A robust portfolio demonstrating work in graphic design is a necessity, along with expertise in packaging, print, and logo designs, and mock-ups. Familiarity with creating basic animations using After Effects is a plus. The candidate should have an excellent eye for detail, uphold brand guidelines, and be aware of current design trends. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideating and designing the creatives as per the brief along with your team.
2. Working with the account manager and content strategist, briefing and advising them about design style, format, print production, and timescales.
3. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
4. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
5. Preparing key visuals for all content platforms
6. Mentor a team of young Graphic Designers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand.
7. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required.
