Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, facilitating assessments (written, virtual, and in-person), and conducting background checks.
2. Oversee the full cycle of employee onboarding.
3. Handle the employee confirmation process.
4. Facilitate engagement activities according to the annual engagement calendar.
5. Maintain digital employee documentation.
6. Manage employee contracting throughout the employee lifecycle.
7. Maintain HR trackers for activities across the employee lifecycle.
8. Oversee employee exits.

4. Ability to prioritize work tasks and deliver efficiently.

5. Proficient in MS Office.

6. Good interpersonal skills.

7. Good command of written and spoken English.
