1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
1. Electronics Design: Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, including experience with tools such as Altium, Eagle, or KiCad. We prefer KiCad.
2. Embedded Systems: Strong experience in embedded C/C++ programming for microcontrollers, familiarity with ARM Cortex-M series processors is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Linux is a must.
4. Communication Protocols: Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and CAN bus.
5. PCB Hands-on: Hands-on with soldering/desoldering of miniaturized SMD components.
6. Flight controllers: Hands-on drone flight controller and associated sub-systems design & development.
7. Firmware Development: Experience in firmware development, debugging, and optimization for resource-constrained embedded systems.
8. Testing and Debugging: Ability to design and conduct tests, analyze data, and debug issues using lab equipment and software tools.
9. Compliance and Standards: Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations for defense electronics, such as MIL-STD, DO-178C, or similar.
10. Working knowledge of ground control software (Ardu/QGC/Misson Planner) & associated software
11. Experience in handling and operating electronics test bench machines like oscilloscopes, multimeters, microscopes, soldering stations, hot-air stations, etc.
