Key responsibilities:

1) Channel partner identification:
i. Identify and evaluate potential channel partners and brokers that align with the company's strategic goals.
ii. Develop a robust network of real estate professionals to support sourcing efforts.
2) Relationship management:
i. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers to ensure effective collaboration.
ii. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep partners informed about new projects and offerings.
3) Negotiation and contracting:
i. Negotiate terms of engagement with channel partners, ensuring favorable conditions for both parties.
ii. Draft, review, and manage contracts related to partnerships and broker agreements.
4) Market research and analysis:
i. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the residential real estate sector.
ii. Analyze competitor strategies to inform sourcing decisions and partnership approaches.
5) Performance monitoring:
i. Monitor the performance of channel partners against agreed-upon metrics and objectives.
ii. Provide feedback and support to partners to enhance their effectiveness in promoting our projects.
6) Internal teams collaboration:
i. Work closely with marketing, sales, and project management teams to align strategies and ensure successful project launches.
