Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and customizing Salesforce applications and solutions based on business requirements.
2. Implementing and maintaining Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes.
3. Integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and connectors.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
5. Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Experience in developing Salesforce customization projects, and integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.

2. Experience creating technical solutions for complex Salesforce implementations.

3. Experience in technology implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects

4. Hands-on experience in Admin (Profile, permission set, Workflow Rule, Process Builder); APEX, Lightning Components (Aura / Lightning Web Components); Integration (Web Services / APIs / Mulesoft or TIBCO); Deployment (Change Set / Managed & Unmanaged Packages / Patches & Packages and DevOps)

5. Worked on projects involving Sales and Service Cloud with FSL and experience with Marketing Cloud will be an added advantage.

6. Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

7. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 8. Desire to work in an information systems environment

9. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
