We seek a proactive and technically skilled Sales Operations Executive - CRM Specialist to optimize CRM solutions and drive sales success. This role blends communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and CRM expertise. The ideal candidate will focus on developing a database of USA-based product distributors, alongside driving sales strategies and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
a. CRM Administration
1. Manage and maintain the CRM system to align with client needs and sales initiatives.
2. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
b. Sales Strategy Development
1. Oversee calling activities, analyze success probabilities in territories, and estimate market potential.
2. Assign sales growth quotas, structure campaigns in Zoho CRM based on data insights, and guide telecallers in target areas.
c. Database Development
1. Research and build a database of USA-based product distributors (single-store and multi-store chains).
2. Gather and organize data from websites, social media, and other sources, creating contact hierarchies.
3. Identify and connect with relevant personnel (e.g., purchase managers) on LinkedIn.
d. Performance Monitoring
1. Monitor and review telecaller and sales team calls for quality assurance.
2. Listen to calls, analyze success/failure metrics, and evaluate telecaller effectiveness.
3. Create a feedback loop to drive performance improvements, applying pressure when necessary.
e. Task Management
1. Create and track follow-up tasks for telecallers, establishing structured workflows for initial and follow-up calls.
2. Define actions based on feedback, ensuring consistency in follow-up duration and process until success.
f. CRM Visualization
1. Organize gathered data into a Google Map-based visual screen to enhance strategic planning and accessibility.
Experience: 1-3 years in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably with CRM experience.
Required skills:
1. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
3. Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
4. Ability to manage and oversee telecalling teams.
5. Experience with LinkedIn and social media for prospecting.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in sales support, CRM, or data analysis.
3. Strong interest in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce) and sales operations.
4. Basic knowledge of data analysis, market research, and sales strategy.
5. Good understanding of social media and LinkedIn networking for B2B lead generation.
