About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the property.
2. Answer questions about the property or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database.
5. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
7. Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
8. Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders, or queries.
9. Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
10. Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
