We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 'Sales Executive' to join our team at Refit Global Pvt. Ltd., focusing on B2B client handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, prior experience in telecalling, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling existing and potential B2B clients to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
3. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions from our range of refurbished mobile products and services.
4. Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed.
5. Prepare sales reports and maintain data using basic Excel for tracking sales performance and client communication.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to support promotional efforts.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Experience in telecalling and client engagement, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
4. Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
6. Highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive in solving client needs.
Experience:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, B2B client handling, or a similar role.
