About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use calls, emails, and other channels to follow up on warm leads
2. Generate 15-20 weekly appointments for the sales team
3. Maintain accurate call records and client interactions in the CRM
4. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for leads and appointments
5. Collaborate with the sales team to refine appointment-setting strategies
6. Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English with strong communication skills
2. Reliable internet, phone, and PC/laptop access
3. Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
