Key responsibilities:

1. Explore new opportunities and relationships that can lead to business growth
2. Establish tie-ups with schools and institutions across the territory
3. Develop brand awareness, positioning, and build strategies and campaigns
4. Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in schools and colleges
5. Ensure the profitability of the Business Unit and the achievement of sales and delivery targets
6. Ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes to make operations efficient
7. Assess and track market share of the company's product offerings in the region
8. Brainstorm new and creative strategies for growth and expansion
9. Promote consistent customer experience across all services that can represent the overall brand experience
