Sales Advisor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact telephonically with senior and mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner
2. Check and build participation interest in various executive education programs
3. Counsel individuals to understand their personal and social challenges affecting their career progression and advise them on how to succeed through education
4. Achieve set targets of enrollment in various programs, earning above industry standard rewards and incentives
5. Shortlist and schedule appointments for discussions via phone, assisting leads with information actively until closures, and providing correct and authentic information to prospective participants
6. Record all information and interactions in CRM software on an ongoing basis
7. Follow policies and procedures for smooth and seamless operations
8. Attend all training and learning sessions for self-development
9. Contribute to team goals

Requirements:

1. Ability to connect with about 150-200 working professionals on a daily basis and counsel them telephonically
2. Have a solid track record of 2 to 3 years in selling and marketing high-value programs, executive search, or training and development experience
3. Possess a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills, good listening skills, and strong persuasion and consultative selling skills
