Research Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as databases, social media, networking events, and referrals
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and long-term objectives
3. Utilize effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and engage with them through personalized outreach
4. Screen candidates through initial phone interviews and assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
5. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure successful candidate placements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within a search firm or agency environment
3. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
