Key responsibilities:

1. Independently manage WordPress and PHP development projects from start to finish
2. Ensure all projects are completed on or before deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards
3. Take full ownership of assigned projects, including handling client communication and requirements
4. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites and related PHP projects
5. Collaborate with the team to improve site performance, security, and scalability
