As a Telecaller at Solviffy, you will play a critical role in engaging with prospective clients and building strong relationships. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and assist in scheduling appointments for our consultants. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to introduce our services
2. Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner
3. Schedule appointments and meetings for our consulting team
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using our CRM system
5. Follow up on leads to ensure timely communication and progress toward goals
6. Provide feedback to the team on customer insights and market trends.
