Key responsibilities:

1. Identify the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members.
2. Work on recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Develop the product sales blueprint, and a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling.
4. Guide sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
