Senior Recruitment Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand SAP staffing needs and requirements
2. Source, screen, and qualify SAP candidates for various roles, including SAP ABAP developers, SAP functional consultants, SAP project managers, and others
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to candidate offer and onboarding
4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP candidates for current and future hiring needs
5. Provide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
6. Leverage social media, job boards, and networking channels to identify high-quality SAP professionals
7. Stay updated on industry trends, SAP technologies, and hiring best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness
