We are looking for a driven team leader to monitor and supervise a team of consultants to achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales. You will provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. It would help if you created a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Oversight: Identify key concerns, long-term strategies, and objectives to be assigned to team members.
2. Team Leadership: Oversee the recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Sales Standards Development: Create a comprehensive product sales blueprint that outlines standards for sales associates, including lead filtering and deal modeling.
4. Sales Guidance: Mentor and guide sales personnel to enhance efficiency by leveraging their individual strengths and passions.
Shift Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Skills:
1. Education: A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Proven experience in sales is essential.
3. Sales Skills: Strong sales aptitude, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
4. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
5. Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a team.
6. Organizational Skills: Effective time management, strategic planning, and organizational abilities.
