Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy aimed at maximizing financial gain while ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee the recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related metrics.
4. Offer reliable feedback and provide after-sales support to customers.
