Product Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Formulate and articulate a coherent product strategy congruent with organizational objectives and market dynamics. Continuously evaluate market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine the strategy as needed
2. Develop the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on their business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution
3. Work in tandem with stakeholders to collect and analyze product requirements, converting customer needs into actionable user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria. Maintain a well-prioritized backlog for development teams
4. Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, offering guidance and direction to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products meeting or surpassing customer expectations
5. Coordinate product releases and updates, including feature rollouts, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. Communicate release plans, timelines, and updates to internal and external stakeholders
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and collateral. Support sales endeavors with product training, demos, and competitive analysis
7. Define and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform future product decisions
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates
9. Advocate for the product passionately, both internally and externally. Champion the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to garner enthusiasm and support across the organization and customer base
