1. Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using no-code tools, with experience in platforms like Kajabi as a plus
2. Design and implement full marketing funnels, including opt-in forms, call-to-actions, and lead capture mechanisms, sending data to Google Spreadsheets or CRMs
3. Set up automated onboarding email sequences for opt-ins or purchases, nurture sequences for leads, and cart abandonment sequences to drive conversions
4. Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (including YouTube), and potentially LinkedIn Ads
5. Establish tracking systems (pixels, connectors, etc.) to measure conversion rates at each funnel step and provide regular performance reports
6. Experiment continuously with new tools such as video surveys (Right Message, VideoAsk) for qualifying leads and segmenting audiences
7. Integrate CRM systems with marketing tools like video mail platforms (e.g., Bonjoro) for smooth data flow and visibility into lead stages and sales performance
Work Commitment:
1. Commit to a full-time role requiring 8 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday
2. Maintain availability during 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM India time
