Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute the process as per standard operating procedures.
2. Review agent performance and provide feedback.
3. Suggest process improvements.
4. Address client queries.
5. Train new agents.

Prerequisites:

1. Must be 21+ years old by January 29, 2024
2. Must have a laptop (BYOD policy)
3. Working Days: Sunday to Friday (Saturday off)
