Inside Sales Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification: Connect with digital marketing leads to qualify them as potential customers
2. Product Demo: Conduct online webinars & product demos when necessary
3. Closing Sales: Confidently close sales to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
4. Customer engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects through smooth communication in calls & messages
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system
6. Collaboration: Work with marketing and product development team to summarise & pass on feedback from customers

Requirements:

1. Possess excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in simple language
2. Ability to build rapport quickly with people on calls
3. Own a personal laptop to work and demo the product
4. Have a high-speed internet connection for video calls
5. Access to a private room to work and take calls without distractions
6. Demonstrate a passion for design and an interest in the latest technology trends
7. Have 1-2 years of experience in inside sales (preferred)
8. Experience in interior design is a plus
