Key responsibilities:
1. Working on job posting and advertisement on various platforms.
2. Sourcing resumes through job portals, social media, and referrals.
3. Screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
4. Conducting initial interviews, and assessments.
5. Coordinating with hiring managers.
6. Extending job offers, and negotiating salaries.
7. Maintaining recruitment metrics, and reports.
8. Ensuring compliance with recruitment laws, and regulations.
9. Building relationships with educational institutions.
